NGC6723 is a globular cluster located in the constellation Sagittarius at a distance of around 28,400 light-years from Earth.

To put that sort of distance into perspective, the New Horizons space probe is the fastest probe we've ever sent into space. It travels at a speed of around 58,400km/h. At that speed, it would take New Horizons 577,136,735 years to reach NGC6723.
